Best doctor. Great reception staff. Very good allied health support. I have a complex medical history and I receive excellent medical support and care from Dr Araba. Highly recommend.
Very unprofessional phone call with the receptionist. I'll called to see if the doctors on staff were taking on new patients as my family had just moved to the area. I was told I could book an appointment, bring all medical records and the doctor would decide if he wanted to accept us. Than told me he really wasn't accepting patients and I shouldn't book. Highly unusual for a GP at a family practice.
Amazing staff and Doctor Araba is just wonderful. Nice to have a GP that genuinely cares and doesn’t just prescribe antibiotics/ painkillers. One tip…..,he’s always running late🙈🙈🙈but he’s worth the wait.
Would not recommend. This is the third time I have booked for a time slot during the day. I was left sitting in reception for up to an hour. I book to attend on my lunch break from work. The receptionist calls people an hour before their appointment and tell them to arrive on time - for what purpose? How about calling your Dr's and asking them to see patients on time.
