I have been inside a law firm for majority of my life. My father was a divorce attorney and my brother is a criminal attorney. I have NEVER ever dealt with anyone as unprofessional as this law firm. For starters I have personally seen her firm double bill I sat right next to her assistant while at a gun appraisal for my divorce into which they were billing me hourly and she was billing other clients as well.
