My husband and I hired this firm back in June, and it was a mistake. The lawyer failed to advise us on including critical language about safety issues during the inspection, leaving us trapped in a deal with numerous safety concerns and no way to back out without losing our deposit. The seller’s lawyer removed a clause about inspecting major appliances, which our lawyer didn’t catch.
