Had been with Lehman Hershberger for years until H&R took over, failed to file our business tax items on time, caused us penalties, won't answer phones, rude customer service, lied to my face about filing on time. Switched to new accountants who had to fix tons of their mistakes and even today I got a notice about my 2021 business taxes that they didn't file correctly. RUN do not walk away from this company!!
Unprofessional and Unresponsive. Tried to tell me I owed $20,000 in taxes and I owed $787! Did not file returns on time, causing me penalties and fees. Made mistakes on payroll. They don't reply to emails or phone calls in a timely manner. Do not use!
When Lehman Hershberber owned the company, it was great. Now Block Advisors operate the business, it has been a bad experience. Staff there just do not care, and rude, and hang up my phone in the middle of my questions. We are leaving for somewhere else. Horrible!
Previously had taxes prepared by Lehman, Hershberber which was was always done correctly and timely. The company was bought out by HR Block and it’s been a horrible experience. It’s a miracle if anyone picks up the phone, and I received an “failure to file” penalty in the mail since the company didn’t file the taxes in time and evidently didn’t file an extension. Do NOT have this company do your taxes.
