Doesn't have his license to give meds. Type his name on Google self explanatory. He sent a fake script for me. Use at your own risk. Only his 4th time moving locations. Left me high and dry without meds. Hippocratic Oath my behind.
Awful. Very judge mental Dr is not very personable no bed side manner.
Horrible hours.
