The office is a mess, over a year ago when they would not answer their phones, they would mark you as a no show even though they don’t answer their phone calls. Now i am blocked from booking an appointment all because they are unprofessional 👍 I loved having dr scaffidi as my doctor, it’s a bummer the office staff is making him lose clients.

Clicked option on their Lehigh Valley Weightloss website to make appt online. It only lets you enter your contact info, not actually make an appt. No one ever contacted me back after almost 2 weeks. I entered my info again-still no contact back. No one ever picks up the phone. Not a good first impression. I will go elsewhere.

Get the accounting department figured out. They chased us about bills we had already paid. Thankfully we did it on credit and had ask the receipt to prove it, but even after demonstrating one payment that they questioned, they questioned another. Not a good way to treat clients, at all. Location also has a decidedly lackluster vibe— don’t have to be upscale, but maybe work on a more welcome appearance? Very friendly staff; they really make you feel comfortable, even though I’m a man in a gyn office.
