I recently was a patient here and told my doctor that I was losing my insurance would not be able to make any appointments until it was renewed I then called in when it was renewed to schedule an appointment and they told me I had to speak to a manager I waited 2 weeks and heard nothing and then when I I called because I didn't hear anything they told me that I'm unable to make an appointment because of the missed appointments which was the reason i was supposed to be speaking to a manager in the first place even though I wa... read more

Dr. sent my wife here as part of her pre-diabetic testing and treatment; we got the impression it's nutritional counseling and quickly came to feel it is not valuable. Then we started getting hit with the bills. Some were coded correctly for pre-diabetic and covered, but others for 'obesity' and not covered. The doctors never explained what code they are using and then the staff referred me to central billing to try to straighten it out (and central billing sent me back to them; they cannot change the code). The office is a mess, over a year ago when they would not answer their phones, they would mark you as a no show even though they don’t answer their phone calls. Now i am blocked from booking an appointment all because they are unprofessional 👍 I loved having dr scaffidi as my doctor, it’s a bummer the office staff is making him lose clients.

Clicked option on their Lehigh Valley Weightloss website to make appt online. It only lets you enter your contact info, not actually make an appt. No one ever contacted me back after almost 2 weeks. I entered my info again-still no contact back. No one ever picks up the phone. Not a good first impression. I will go elsewhere.

Get the accounting department figured out. They chased us about bills we had already paid. Thankfully we did it on credit and had ask the receipt to prove it, but even after demonstrating one payment that they questioned, they questioned another. Not a good way to treat clients, at all. Location also has a decidedly lackluster vibe— don’t have to be upscale, but maybe work on a more welcome appearance?
