I can't recommend this credit union. I have had a credit card from them for a long time and never use it. I occasionally put a charge on it because they say that's what you should do. The credit union changed their website/online banking system. I moved and changed my address in the old e-tran system (which was horrible). I did not know they had a new system and the old one still worked when I changed my address. However apparently they were still billing me at an old address because of this new system. Only one drive through lane open, one car in front of me. Waited 20 minutes. Only one teller for lobby and drive through. That’s ridiculous! Our other bank even fills out our slips. Really disappointed after many, many years of being a member. Ok if gets even more scary. I’m sitting there waiting after the teller takes my tube and another teller cones snd says she’s just been handed my info and what did I want done. REALLY? You’re holding the filled out slip? I live in Allentown and do my banking here. They have a coin counting machine and everyone is always friendly and helpful
