2022 FAILED TO file timely return. IRS PENALIZED ME!!! 2023 NOW 4 MONTHS NO RETURN AND SO FAR BOB WILL NOT RETURN MY DOCUMENTS SO THAT I CAN GO TO ANNOTHER PREPARER. DOES NOT EVEN COME TO THE PHONE. USED TO DELIVER PPROFESSIONAL SERVICE... NOT ANYMORE
