I don’t know his name, but I want to commend the man that came out to my house on Sunday Labor Day weekend to turn off my irrigation water because I do not have the proper tools. I want to commend him even though he’s getting paid, he got out here in less than five minutes. Very impressive and you should pay this person more.

Seriously the best!! Every time I've dealt with Lehi Water and Sewer they have been amazing. Emergency and regular service issues they always make me feel like they are glad to help. Extra shout out to Trevor Smith who on my most recent need was beyond helpful.

Fast, courteous and friendly service! Came right out after hours and helped with my water leak problem. Typical of all the Lehi city departments with which I have had dealings. Thanks so much

I called about a concern (which turned out to be a very stupid concern) and the woman on the phone was very nice and offered great advice. And then a man was at my door to double check things in a little over an hour! My only regret was not getting their names so i could thank them properly. For an amateur with a silly concern, the two could not have been nicer to me. So grateful!
