I recently had a treatment with Teniell and had such a positive experience. She is kind and has a calming presence that immediately made me feel at ease and comfortable. She takes the time to understand where your muscular trigger points are and works carefully through them without rushing. It’s clear she cares about her clients and the quality of her work. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone needing a thoughtful and effective treatment.

From the moment I walked into the lovely Teniell's space, I felt relaxed and comfortable. She is not only incredibly skilled and passionate about her work, but it's also evident that she genuinely cares about her clients. I truly could not have asked for a better MLD therapist to have been there for me over the last 1.5 years of both pre and post-surgery preparation, and am very grateful to have found her. I couldn't recommend her enough!

I messaged Teniell while she was overseas and she replied within a day! Which…is impressive and very much so was not expected! I am a post op plastic surgery patient who required careful and confident Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage on my abdomen, sides, back, neck and bum. I came to find she is not only a Remedial Massage Therapist (can claim private health), but also a Registered Nurse and has been formally trained in the Dr Vodder technique for Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Since having radiation treatment for prostate cancer I now have lymphedema which at times I find very debilitating Teneill has been brilliant, she has great knowledge and actually guided my GP to my diagnosis I have tried three other practitioners in our region and nobody compares to Teneill, highly recommended

I have been seeing Teniell for over 12 months now for MLD and Fat Cavitation on a weekly basis. I have lipodema in my arms, legs and tummy and she has most definitely helped me with managing this disease. She is a lovely person inside and out and makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable in her very capable hands. I have no hesitation recommending her and am personally very sad to see her go back to Queensland.
