Wouldn't let us in bc we both over the age of 18...my son is a huge Lego collector and was wanting to go visit the closest place from where we live..so we decided to make trip out of it...so we traveled all the way from Longview,Texas.a good 3 hr trip....once we got there WE WAS TOLD WE COULD NOT ENTER UNLESS WE HAD A CHILD WITH US....I have never been so MAD in all my life ... descriptination of age is what that BS was...
I had high hopes for this whereas I was visiting with family. However, like another reviewer said, the space feels dated and I feel like it has no flow. The electronics barely worked (I saw dust on nearly everything), the cafe didn’t have any real food or coffee for adults—how can you neglect the ones paying for it?!? Then they charge additional for the one exciting 3d experience. I gave a star for the gift shop, which of course they make sure is tip-top and ready. :( Trash.
Overpriced for how poorly it’s maintained. I took a 9 year old and a 1 year old. The LEGOs look like they’re never cleaned. The feel gross. The foam LEGO in the small kid section don’t even lock in from how old they are. Nothing to do with the staff as they are friendly and helpful.
Only been in the store. We've tried going into their Legoland but they said no since we had no kids at the time. Had a highly disappointed Lego adult. The store is fun. They have a build-your-own Lego figures that's pretty cool. Used to have better options but now it's mediocre. Beware they don't take cash!
