Update 8/22: After opening a dispute with my bank, the company issued my refund. I purchased 2 items from this company through their website. I haven't received my items and cannot get a response from anyone. I have left several voicemails, sent several emails and reached out via Facebook. I even paid for expedited shipping. But they still have my money......and I have nothing in return. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Great prices, helpful employees, overall good experience, one takeaway would be to get someone to string your stick for you insted of them they are usually back up and could take a while
