My mother and my auntie, hired Jake to move from their home at Black Mountain to do a short move off of Highway 33. Apparently, when Jake is offered cash, he finds it no trouble to break things and not claim responsibility. He has blocked my mother and my auntie’s phone numbers so that they can no longer access him. I called him. After denying having caused damage to anything, complaining and telling a five minute story about how he lost $1000 doing the job (ended up $1650.00 for a 3 km trip), he hung up on me. Wrong move. This crew was amazing to work with. Super professional and they treated our stuff with extreme care. They went above and beyond to ensure that there would be zero damage during transport. I would highly recommend these guys if you are looking for a smooth and worry free move!
