I wish I could give NO stars!! This was the WORST customer service I’ve experienced!! I went in to buy some scrubs which I desperately needed for work. I was there for over an hour and made at least 4 trips to the dressing room… not one SINGLE person spoke to me, asked if I needed anything or even acknowledged me. Needless to say I did not spend a dollar there. Apparently they have an issue with theft… I see why now… if none of the sales associates even acknowledge the customers… I’m sure people can walk right in and take... read more

****UPDATE: I really appreciate the response from them, to this review. They offered all sorts of free whatever but the thing i took them up on was helping me find homes for the Roosters. I appreciate very much they looked into how it happened and truly looks like I was luck of the draw. BUT....I have been going to the Danville, Va one for over 10 years and I am REALLY disappointed in the chicks i purchased this year. I live in Wisconsin and recently bought a saddle here. They were extremely plesent to work with and the over the phone/messaging transaction went smoothly. The saddle came packaged nice and in perfect condition.
Love the clothes and shoes
I just want to say that Drew is the best associate I have ever had the pleasure of working with whether it comes to special ordering my scrubs because of my not so normal size and not so normal scrub color to Carhartt to shoes to hats and boots he always has the right answer and is able to help out and find things that fit into anyone’s budget!!! I just thought he deserves some recognition
