I did not know what to expect with my appointment. I left with a much better understanding of my pain, what was causing it and a plan of how to relieve it. I also left with better movement and much less pain. Patrick was understanding.
I met with Stephanie, a naturopath. She was pleasant and knowledgeable and very thorough.
I normally get acupuncture for my back and neck pain every weekend in Dayton Ohio. Being here in Truro since February, I have been getting it with Richard Wagner every other week for the past 3 months.He has been an absolute godsend!!!
Thoroughly disappointed with the administration customer service at this clinic, how is it a client can cancel services (2 times in advance over the phone) and the clinic, continue to submit claims for services not rendered. Do better. I’ve reported this to the health benefit service provider and the BBB is next. You’re using up my benefits without providing the service, this is fraudulent and a terrible business model.
