Extremely rude staff. Treat you like you are stupid if you call and ask questions.
The younger people working here who help load are usually a pleasure to deal with. Some of the ones you'd think would know better can be quite rude. It's not the first time I've had a bad experience here but it very well may be the last.
Guy with the red beard is extremely rude. I won’t be coming back there anytime soon.
The orange haired guy with beard at the counter was extremely rude. the kid helping me load was really nice though. That counter guy needs a different profession customer service isn’t for him.
Went in to Marshall location to get a 1×10× 4', they only had 8 footers. I asked them if they would rip it in half if I bought it and they wouldn't because they don't rip boards. It was snowing and I didn't want it hanging out of the back of my vehicle because I wasn't going home right away. My opinion pretty bad when a lumber yard won't rip a board if you buy it!
