Wow, the team photo is just awful. There are so many gaps that it looks like two separate teams. Learn how to position kids. You need to hire a better photographer ASAP.
2nd year in a row the GBYSL used this company for sports photos. Pictures were awful. Lightening extremely bad and group photos completely fuzzy. What a waste of money.
I ordered 2 packages, 1 for each granddaughter to date I have only received 1 which included the wrong team photo. I have now called and left 2 messages and his message says I will be contacted by the end of each business day! Not a good way to run a business and I would not recommend this business for any photos that would be important to you. Very dissatisfied
Extremely unprofessional! Yelling at children, gave em less than a minute in front of the camera. Overpriced. When we complained about quality he Says I don't see it and wants to meet sometime over a 2 day period. While on the phone discussing the situation he becomes upset and changes it to just 1 day and I've already wasted 2 hours of his time. He lies and says I've been speaking to people which I wasn't but now I will. Save his time and yours and hire someone else
