Update: it has been more than 48 hours and Legend Limousine has not reached out for with apology and what consequences this driver will be facing. This shows how this company works internally and I will be taking this to the next step. Was walking out of the Costco parking lot and this Asian male tried to hit my family and I. Very reliable. I’ve traveled with my family using them multiple times in New York. Even when flights have arrived early/late, driver is always ready for us with car seats available. Drivers reach out when the plane lands to let us know where to go. Great service

We recently used Legends Limousine Service for transfers to Manhattan hotel with pick up at LGA. The reservation staff was excellent and easily rearranged the car schedule when our flights were delayed. The two cars seats we ordered were perfectly installed. The driver communicated as soon we landed and was ready for us after baggage claim. Service was efficient and professional. Hotel pick up was perfect as well. Highly recommend!!
