We arrived at four thirty pm and found out that they had given away our room. We had to wait until six pm before we were given a room. The bed was so low that my wife had to have help getting out of the bed. Room was a handicap room. They put us on the 6th floor very far away from the elevator. No, I am sorry or comp offered.
