Absolutely the worst solicitors I’ve ever dealt with. Completely unprofessional, impossible to get hold of, and shockingly slow at even the most basic tasks. Emails and calls go unanswered for weeks, and when you finally do get a reply it’s careless and unhelpful. They drag their feet on everything and show zero respect for their clients’ time or money. The stress and frustration they cause is unbelievable. If you value your sanity, avoid this firm at all costs.
My experience with Legend Solicitors has been awful. They are incredibly slow to respond, with even the simplest emails taking far too long to get a reply. The lack of communication and urgency is shocking for a firm that is supposed to handle important legal matters. What should have been a straightforward process became stressful and unnecessarily dragged out because of their inefficiency.
