Omg!!! I’m so glad we picked this place for my mom’s rehabilitation. The staff was so amazing.. They make the patients feel like family, always caring and loving .. They were always making sure mom was ok.. Mona was so caring towards mom always made sure mom didn’t need anything . . Ashley always made sure of that too . My mother was here for the 2nd time in 6 months. We returned the 2nd time because we were comfortable returning after the first time. Sadly, this time, they mismanaged her care, could not manage her medical needs, refused to access her outside medical records, and missed medications. Social workers/case management and business office were impossible to communicate with. They lost her discharge prescriptions. I was due for a refund for an overpayment and after 60 days they still have not returned our money. Good luck reaching... read more
