All employee from the top down are professional, detailed and warm. Legend supports our community through out the year and its clients are treated with care. Clean, prompt service and a friendly atmosphere are rare with banks these days. I enjoy going to the Whitewright location due to the friendly staff. I highly recommend this bank, you will not be diasappointed!

I always have amazing experiences every time I come to this location. The people here are wonderful, and I wish other banks would learn how to provide customer service like they do.

I was using Legend bank as a secondary banking option because my primary is USAA. I was trying to cash a check from my personal USAA account (where I could verify to them that I had the funds). They straight up told me no. I asked how much the ATM withdrawal limit was and she said $500 at a time. I asked how much she could cash a check for just so I didn’t have to pay 5 ATM fees for withdrawing $500 at a time. Decent location with a decent ATM setup however the ATM fee is kind of high. Overall it's a decent small town bank. Minimal parking but better than a lot of the other facilities in the area. I wouldn't necessarily call the location accessible friendly as the pavement leading to the building is kind of rough. Was recently overhauled anterior and exterior. For being a small town bank fees etc are decent.
