I’ve never dealt with a more incompetent bank. I called ahead to ask if I could cash a business check—was told “yes, just bring something showing you own the business.” I show up with everything they asked for, and suddenly it’s a whole different story. Now they say they can’t cash it. They tell me to go get the customer to rewrite the check with my name on it, which I do, and they still won’t cash it.
