I have multiple business accounts here at Legence. This is a great bank. I have a personal relationship with them and would Highly recommend them.. At the time when I opened my 1st business account they had the best package for us.

It's a good bank straightforward people customer service people to tell her that people inside they're all friendly I think they're smiling can't tell because of the mask but a wonderful place
Worst customer service. If you want a snippy attitude, no professionalism and not to get things done in a timely manner, this is the bank for you. Months later and service has only gotten worse! I tried to deposit a cashier's check and it was refused due to "looking questionable". I was asked to leave the signed check at the bank so they could verify it. Ummm....no! Take a picture and call the bank it came from to verify, but you don't get to keep the signed check. I asked for the amount of money because I had thousands more... read more
