Had a staff member that wouldn’t deposit my friend’s check for me with him there even though they had done it before and wanted to charge me a ten percent fee to cash it
Tellers at local branch are great and corporate office is great. But management at Benton branch is terrible.I've been trying for a month to solve a problem and some reason I could never reach Benton branch management. I had to contact corporate office to reach out to Laura. Finally corporate reach out to me and gave me. a response. They post on website they have given customer care for 106 years. I don't think management at Benton branch cares about customers. I worked at local hotel for 13 years and made deposits for them.... read more
