I absolutely adore the staff here, even the new hires that didn't know me had the same happy, helpful attitudes. They will work with you on every level for every service they offer. I've had no problem with the outcome for or against what service I've used or inquired about because they do their best to help. I highly recommend this bank, especially the Metropolis, IL branch.
