On April 3, 2026, I obtained a small claims judgment in Los Angeles Superior Court against Manolito T. Legaspi for breach of contract over unpaid services. Unsurprisingly, he didn’t appear at the hearing, and the court ruled in my favor. I learned this wasn’t an isolated incident. BEWARE!!! Had a good experience here the first time then recomended a friend and it was the worst mistake. The tax preparer was helping him and they were to have a follow up appointment. The tax preparer ghosted my friend and stole his documents. When we went to talk to Manny he was dismissive of the whole situation as "no bid deal" and admitted that he didn't always properly vet the people he had working for him. Serious RED flag!
