I paid for premium fees for Legal Zoom, and it has been more than a year, Legal Zoom never completed my paid services and doesn't even reply to my repeated inquiries for status updates. How professional huh!?

I just learned that i was charged $400 for some membership fee that i never signed up for. They had my old card on file because i was using some other services from them. In fact, I change my card and they were still able to charged me. I am not able to get them on the phone to understand how or why.

Suspected Fraud. This company likes to charge it's customers credit cards without notification, without authorization and without providing a receipt. Roughly $800 paid to legal zoom and no one in my company can tell me why. I spent 3 hours on the phone trying to talk to someone; the robotic answering service is a joke intended to stall the customer into giving up; the robot even offers a callback options, but will not provide the option instead sending the user around again to the first menu... legalzoom is well aware that ... read more
