I should be putting 0 stars since I could not get any services from them even after having given them money. The classic "pay here" and when the money is processed you can't get a hold of anyone. The matter escalated very quickly and within a few hours had to get an answer otherwise I'm going in front of the supreme court. Tried calling twice the guy who originally connected with me, voicemail, no call back for 24h. LegalVision prepared a document for my ex-employer that included unrelated clauses (non-disparagement, waiver of claims) in what should have been a routine share buy-back agreement. These clauses were not explained or negotiated, and the firm’s involvement in pressuring me to sign without context was unprofessional. Always scrutinize documents from this firm carefully.
