LegalVision prepared a document for my ex-employer that included unrelated clauses (non-disparagement, waiver of claims) in what should have been a routine share buy-back agreement. These clauses were not explained or negotiated, and the firm’s involvement in pressuring me to sign without context was unprofessional. Always scrutinize documents from this firm carefully.
