The best people for conveyancing out of the few we had in the past 30 years. We sold a rental property through LegalSenseNQ and it was a smooth process, thanks to their professionalism and courtesy. They spent quite a bit of time with our emails and phone calls - some after hours. Their charges were reasonable. Patrick, Taleah, Charity,... you all deserve the praise. We will be back!
The most common complaints to the legal services commission is a lack of attention given to a matter, and unresponsive communication. Unfortunately, that was exactly my experience with this firm. I had a family law matter and despite my pressing urgency at times - I'd hear nothing but excuses. Very disappointed.
