It’s like pulling teeth but worse. At their Ottawa office, they answer the phone whenever they feel like it. At their Vancouver office, they never answer the phone. They completely neglect my documents after I dropped them off at their office in Vancouver. My documents were just sitting there for a month, until I emailed them to inquire about why I still have not received my documents.
