I had issues getting my sellers permit and it was delayed, Andrea jumped on it for me and made it happen well before my time line expired for needing it. Even though i was stressed and little short with her she ignored my frustration and made it happen. 5 stars all the way. Thank you all very much.

Everyone was knowledgable and easy to work with. Great company and staff. My only issue is the way they request clients' SSN over emails for the filing. That was a shock to me. There has to be a better way. I work in clinical research, we can never ask for people's SSN over emails!!!
