Missed the first few minutes of meet and greet and the last two minutes of the online CPD session because the training was over! LTA seized the opportunity to cancel the 2 points for the whole morning because they claimed I have not attended the full sessions even though the missing minutes have no CPD materials. LTA policy is ‘I got you’ moment where they will take your entire points off because you miss a few minutes. Better spend money elsewhere.
What a great CPD session! The take aways from the training have already impacted a couple of positive outcomes. Money well spend. Keep up the good work.
