My Wife and I paid $1,500 to Attorney Jacob Krief to have a Will and Trust prepared, which was promised as part of the engagement. Unfortunately, both documents were never completed and the process stalled & then stopped without resolution. For something as important as estate planning, follow-through and communication are critical, and that was not our experience. I hope this can still be resolved, and I would be happy to update this review if the Will & Trust are completed properly.

I found Jacob Kreif through my companies prepaid legal. We were so unsatisfied with his communication, we parted ways and found someone else to help us 3 days before our documents were due to the IRS. On multiple occasions he said he would have documents completed and missed his quoted time frame.

I had an extremely unprofessional experience with Attorney Jacob Grief. I contacted him on December 13, 2024, regarding my tax situation, and he agreed to represent me, assuring me that he would file a response with the IRS before the January 31st deadline. I promptly provided all necessary case information and supporting tax documents by December 17th, and he confirmed that he would begin work. I don’t recommend this attorney if your legal matter is complex and may last longer than a year. I retained Jacob Krief for a probate matter to enforce the liquidation of my father’s Will. The executor (my father’s son) was being an a**hole so I needed to seek legal action. Jacob was great in the beginning. He was empathetic, allowed me to make payments in increments and scheduled calls to discuss the case at times.
