I called with an emergency and April said she'd help. But on my way to her office I got a pain in my stomach and had to go to er for a d & c, needless to say I couldn't call her and I missed my appointment. When she called me I told her I was in the hospital but Id be in her office with my paperwork in the morning. So this morning I made the trip from LA to get office after calling several times to confirm that I was coming in. And once I got there she refused to see me. April Nelson & John helped me in beginning of the process acted like they cared & wanted to help with my grandmas situation, they took advantage & didnt help but took a lot of money from my grandma then stopped returning calls & would hang up when I called them. Unprofessional the way the handle the case & situation.. Dont go here seek advice & help else where!!!
