They aren’t as thorough as they used to be. It’s like the client does all the work and they just co-sign, I’m not happy. I can use them in a small capacity.
I just want to say that at this day, with the advanced technology we get to enjoy and use, this company does not provide an option to cancel subscription through the online account. I believe that says it all. I tried once and they wanted a written statement or something like that. I work two jobs, I don't have time for this. So here I am, paying into this for 4 years.
