I phoned in today and experienced the absolute worst service with Legal Aid of Northern California. It was a female, I asked a question of Child Support Cases. Her attitude was indeed very NASTY. “No, we don’t handle that here!” “ You have to call” and never said where. And hung up the phone! It was August the 23rd at the hour of 11:30-11:35 am!
