Very rude and cranky lady name Renee on phone. She took my screening information and then just said " oh you are going to lose your case , because you have to pay your rent you don't have money so you have to get out.You have to go to the court house and file the paperwork if they let you because it's late " . I told her that I had reported the landlord to code enforcement multiple times for code concerns .
