Pamala mason is extremely rude. No help whatsoever I called to request to speak to someone else. She denied me speaking to another agent I asked her what was going on with the packet. She got a nasty attitude over the phone. Misery that's what she is!

I’ve applied for help on numerous occasions, including having no income due to unemployment. Clearly I was in dire need of legal help facing serious legal challenges. No help whatsoever, no explanation, just denial. Every time. Such a disappointment. There are people out there who are in dire need, yet this place is absolutely useless. If you don’t help people like me, who the heck do they help?? Nobody! Waste of time.

ONE-STAR REVIEW — UNPROFESSIONAL AND NO FOLLOW-UP I was referred to Legal Services for a time-sensitive legal matter. I completed intake days in advance, provided all requested information, and never received a follow-up. I remember back in 2023 coming into 2024 I got in contact because somebody told me about them however they did help me with certain things in the complex that I am living in I know when I try to reach back out to them because I am in need of help because this matter has become worse than what it is I know that somebody told me that they would not be doing it any longer because of not having the funds.
