Absolute bs. The intake specialist is some arrogant and incompetent lady trying to give legal opinions without being qualified for it. They just want free funding, but make it very difficult for people to get help they need.
Do yourself a favor, take a few classes or hire an actual lawyer. The time and money wasted on these so-called attorneys, who collect our tax dollars while claiming to serve the low-income community, is baffling. This agency is promoted as one of the first resources seniors should turn to for help, yet they don’t take cases at all. Bankruptcy case, EVERYTHING done professionally from my side & EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD THE SAME INFO IN THE VERY BEGINNING, after a MONTH they ‘concluded’ I DONT qualify for ‘pro-bonno’/free services !!
