They will fight for the worst most abusive neighbor of your life and tell you they can't represent you due to conflict of interest. If you ask anything more complicated than the most simple legal question they will only reply with "do you have a legal question?", and won't discuss it if they don't have a scripted answer. Good luck actually talking to a lawyer. They never answer the phone. Messages are returned days later, if at all. Despite everything they claim to help with they are certainly looking for a certain demographic with certain problems and are sending everyone else packing. For instance, they claim to help with family law on their website, but have told me numerous times that they won't go near it. Someone should examine them and retool their organization or cut their funding completely.
