People get pushed away from these places because the person answering the phone doesn’t know their jobs. They are allowed to act anyway they want, too. Unbelievably nasty female on the phone this morning — from the moment she picked up the phone. Could not verbalize a simple English sentence either, to describe their services. Their voicemail doesn't work. Impossible to reach them.

I was and am in need of legal help. I visited their offices during business hours and found them locked. So I called and there was no answer. The voicemail instructs you to press 0, which simply repeats the message again. Eventually, I did leave a message. Then I called again a day or so later. I still haven't heard anything.
