Their voicemail doesn't work. Impossible to reach them.
I was and am in need of legal help. I visited their offices during business hours and found them locked. So I called and there was no answer. The voicemail instructs you to press 0, which simply repeats the message again. Eventually, I did leave a message. Then I called again a day or so later. I still haven't heard anything.
I had an outstanding experience with Sophie! She was so kind, throughly involved in my case and did an excellent job following up. I wanted to express my gratitude for her and you’re all so lucky to have her at the firm because I really felt supported! Thank you again
Poor communication
Honestly was so close to winning the case and the lawyer just gave up outright. I wouldn’t recommend half 🫏 work and I would super weary of their “lawyers”.
