One month ago I hired Kathy McNeely-Johnson to oversee A-Z my home sale "By Owner" for flat fee of $600.00. Within days following, she informs me in writing her hourly rate is $425.00/hour totaling near $5,000.00 in billable charges! She was short-tempered, intimidating, manipulative and deceitful toward me and made demeaning remarks about my prospective home buyer.
