I enrolled through our staff association, because I thought it will be useful, but it has proven to be a huge waste fo time and money. I am currently in need of legal advice and it took me an entire week to get the contact of a lawyer, only to be told that the kind of services I need is not provided by their firm. The website and the plan contract are not explicit on termination options.
Very unhappy with their law firms. I keep changing law firms and get the same laxed attention to my issues. I will just pay a lawyer who cares about my issues straight out. I got this service from my employment benefits. My next open enrollment is coming up and I will be pulling out from being a client.
If I could put a negative number I would.
