I'm very happy I found Jeff Ross to help me through an ordeal with a new car I purchased. Once Jeff took over, I felt a huge sense of relief knowing that things were being taken care of and that I was in good hands. I was very pleased that he was able to reach a successful resolution so quickly. I definitely recommend Jeff to anyone who needs help navigating a difficult situation.

And did not realize that the elevator would open directly onto a reception desk with a company name unfamiliar to us, and at first thought we were in the wrong place.

Jeff was a great help, needed a form notarized and he was quick efficient and an all around great person to work with.
