My experience is I was screwed, they said they can get me a 2% interest rate, they will lower my payments, well I was paying 1069.57. , and now I have to pay 1211.00 a month and they have no clue what my interest rate is !!!!! Me and my kids are going to be homeless! ! They did not help me!!!
