We had life insurance policies in place for years with William Penn, now Legal & General. Every year the bill would auto-pay from our bank account, so we never had to check it. Somehow the auto-pay option was removed, and our policies were terminated. We moved quickly and got the policy reinstated, but it's likely there are a lot of people who still don't realize their family is no longer covered. This is not the action of a company looking out for the interests of their clients.
poor customer service. running the business like 1990. asking document by fax, mail. a simple EFT form processing takes weeks.
Have a policy with them since I was 32. I am 48 now. Never a problem or issue.
