Called today as a new customer to try to book a real estate lawyer, because I was impressed by the high reviews. The phone rang for a fair bit before anyone answered. I thought it would go to a voicemail but it didn't. A person answered with just "hello", no business name or anything and a bit of tone like I was inconvenient to answer.
