What a joke. Ignoring my calls and e-mails, but answered my friend (an attorney) when he called. It’s been over a week since I was told I’d be called, and my time has been wasted. Going to have to use another agency or do it myself. They’ve known about my filing for months. Complete lack of professionalism. Go elsewhere.

Had time-sensitive documents delivery requests. Called the number, no-one ever picked up the phone, did not return messages. Would not trust even if they called back now.
