Well they got our case thrown out so that's good... however. The landlord had no case so forfeiting more of our disability/tenant rights when we didn't do anything wrong don't sit right with me. All in all I'm happy they helped us, we couldn't afford a lawyer so they offer a great service thats used by many. Unless you are seeking the most basic advice requiring the minimum legal skills, don't expect too much. There are senior staff who have serious "capacity" and attention span issues on more complex cases to the point of being unaware of important provisions in the legislation. (I've been told that "capacity" is the more diplomatic way of saying "competence"). Also, response time is very unreliable.
