Extremely helpful and thorough, very knowledgeable in tenants rights and will fight for you if you were done wrong by your landlord, highly suggest going through them if you are having a hard time and issues as a tenant
The intake woman was extremely unprofessional - apathetic to the power of ten both in her voicemail and while speaking to her on the phone. She made you feel like you were an absolute burden for even daring to fill out the intake form. Do better, people.
They have been there for me through so much I can't say enough great things about them!
